He could feel his body start to warm up a bit, his muscles starting to a ache. "What the hell...is going on...?" He didn't know what was up with his soothing and aching sensation, until he hears his stomach growl once again. "Maybe I'm just really hungry...", he mopes to himself. He manages to pick himself up and starts limping his way towards what would be considered as their kitchen. First thing he lays eyes on is a bowl of various fruit and reaches for an apple. He sighs, "Guess this'll have to do for now.". Without hesitation, Oliver takes a good bite out of it. He chews it pretty fast, feeling glad he was able to get some food in him before he'd pass out again.
Suddenly, the front door of the cabin bursts open. The big ol' hawk entering his abode, and helping the Roost inside with a thick arm around the hawk's broadened shoulders. "See? Told ya you were gonna overexert yourself."
"Shut up!", Tim huffs. "I can still walk! Hm?"
First thing they see is Oliver, munching on the apple. "Uh, hey."
Tim stares intently at the robin. "Wha...yer...yer eating our food now!? What do ya think this is, a hotel!?"
"Hey, you guys left me here for hours!", the robin rebels, "What was I supposed ta do!?"
"Now now, Tim.", the broad hawk remarks delightfully, "He's our guest, remember?"
The large rooster sighs, knowing he'd get another speech just as before. "Alright, alright."
Tim walks over to the large armchair and sits right down. Oliver then limps himself back to the couch. "Ouch... Ouch... Ahhh..." He takes another bite off his apple. "Where did you guys go anyway? I almost starved to death."
Reed crosses his meaty arms over his chest, "Sorry about that. We just went to have a little fun, is all."
"Yup." Tim raises an arm against his beak, watching his boulder-like muscle rise up with great mass and definition. "We usually put in a couple hours of workin' out our muscles to the ground."
"Please. You just couldn't stop thinkin' about Oliver's Hulk remark from earlier.", Reed skoffs.
The rippling rooster hunches his upper body forward, hunching his shoulders as he flexes his shredded arms down while clenching his wrist with one hand, "Hey, I think I can get there." The proud Roost turns to Oliver, "What do you think?"
"Mm...", He turns his head away, still peeking back once or twice at Tim's extraordinary body, "Um, well... Anyways. That whole spiel about you guys being smaller than I am, I just find that hard to believe."
Reed takes a seat in another armchair, "Hey, if you really put your mind to it any small fellow such as yourself can become quite as strong and bulging as us.", the hawk aspires. He then performs the biggest double-bicep he could, his enlarged lats actually spread against the arms of the chair he sat on.
"What do ya think?", Oliver turns back to the Roost, seeing that Tim stretched his tensed, rippling arm right in front of him. "Wouldn't it be great to have arms as big as these? As well as an enormously monstrous body like me and my bud here?"
The amount of shredded meat on display almost made the gawking robin drool. He almost went as far as to reach out and feel the muscular tendons that surrounded and added muscle on to Tim's lone arm. He snaps out of it just before his hand even makes contact, quickly turning away as he lies back on the couch, "J-Jeez! Why're you guys so insistent upon wanting to make me big. Even if I wanted to it's not like I can grow as big as you two in a few days, or weeks."
"Well, actually...", Reed slaps Tim upside his head, "OW!"
"Um, didn't you want to know a little more about us?", the hawk retorts.
"N-no, it's okay.", Oliver balls up. He tosses the apple core onto the wooden coffee table between the three birds, then lets out a soothing yawn. "Don't worry. I've got LOADS of questions I can ask you guys tomorrow."
Reed shrugs his boulder-like shoulders, "Well, if you say so." The muscular hawk steps out of his seat, letting out a loud yawn himself. The magnificent hawk walks over to Tim's side, rubbing a hand along the rooster's plump shoulder as he whisper's into his ear, "Hey, how's about we have a little more fun tonight."
They suddenly hear a loud peep emit from the small robin, only to see him ball up even more than before. The two chuckle at how cute the little thing was being right now. Tim grins widely, "Sure. That sounds good to me."
The thick rooster steps from out of his seat and walks with his hawking friend into a small hallway that would lead to their room. As for Oliver, he was still trying his best to cover up the erection that tented out on his pants, hoping either of the two weren't peeking at him from behind. "Dammit Oliver... Do NOT let their big muscles get in the way of your work...", he thought to himself. "Hm?" He also starts to think about another thing. The other thing being what was going on with his body earlier before he grabbed a bite to eat. Why did his body feel that way? He's been hungry before, but not enough for his whole body to warm up or anything like he experienced. He was just too tired to even worry about it for the night. He slowly shuts his eyelids, and then falls asleep.

Later into the night, the red robin was still fast asleep, his sound body now lying on its back. The only light in the room was from a nearby window, which was half open as the moon's light rays shot down from above. Oliver however, wasn't alone. The Roost was sitting in the same chair as before, his big hawk buddy standing alongside him. The two look over to the coffee table, taking notice of the apple core Oliver had left behind. Reed kneels down to his mountainous companion, "Well, he ate it."
Tim reaches out to gently caress Oliver's arm in his feathery palms. For a good minute, they both watched intently as the robin's arm started to pulsate. His forearm starts to twinge as it suddenly gains a small amount of muscles mass. The same effect moves up to his bicep, his tricep, and even his shoulder. The immense rooster licks his beak a bit, "It's only a matter of time." Tim gently rests Oliver's arm back in its place. They'd stay up to experience the rest of his body to take part, but they were pretty tuckered themselves. Tim gets up from his seat, "You don't think he'd mind?"
Reed pats Tim's shoulder, "Ahhh. If anything it'll be the least you could do for breaking his leg. But hey, you saw him when he looked at us, and when we accidentally flashed our stuff in front of him. He couldn't get enough of it. Heehee."

Morning arised. There was nothing but the sweet sound of birds chirping outside. Aside from the rooster that was outside as well. The sun's glare slowly shifted over Oliver's eyelids, which was enough to waken the sleeping robin from his sound sleep. "Mmm..." He lets out a soft yawn, wiping a bit of drool off of his beak. "Ah... That's all I needed. A good night's sleep." He opens up one eye, "Hm?"
Just as before, Reed was upside-down on the roof again doing his normal daily routines. "Well, mornin' sunshine."
Oliver was starting to feel a little irritated right about now. "Do you normally do this?"
The pumped hawk lets loose his claws, and lands safely on the ground. "Of course. It's a daily regimen of mine."
"I meant doing it in front of guests.", the robin grumbles.
Reed just smiles warmly, and then kneels down on one knee beside the small bird. "Look, I'll be honest with ya. You're the first guest we've ever had in our humble home. Unintentional er otherwise. Me and my burly friend just like to show off is all. We can't really help it. Heh."
Oliver rolls his eyes and turns his head away while crossing his feathery arms, "Look, I'm just trying not to let this fetish of mine get in the way of my work. Okay?"
"'Fetish', you say?", Reed smirks.
"Mm...!" The robin didn't realize what he had just said 'til now, but he stood his ground even though his cheeks were starting to flush red again. "Can you...just do your workouts somewhere else, for now?"
The sweaty bird chuckles, standing up on his feet. "God, you're such a cute little birdy."
"Shut up."
Reed walks over to the front door, "Well, if you wanna go home, you can go home." He was now standing against the doorframe, looking back at the red robin, "No one's forcing you to stay here ya know."
Oliver still had his eyes darting out towards the window, "......Actually I'm still gonna stay here to continue my investigation. Probably for a good week."
The brawny hawk chuckles once again. "Sounds fine to me. I'm sure you'll learn to love it here." Reed flies off with lightning speed, the door shutting on its own with the gust of wind.
As for the small bird, his stomach was starting to talk to him again. "... Crap. I'm still hungry." He slowly picks himself up, now sitting up on the couch like he would on a chair. "Then again an apple alone wouldn't be enough to fill anyone up I'm sure. Huh? What the...?" indicates the next chapter needs to be written. |
