Your older sister starts unbirthing your feet as you wake up with your body fully inside your older sister as she sees you awake she says I'll be your new mother + I ate our old one because she got pregnant again and I ate dad too with the pill that takes mom's baby so you'll be a twin sister so enjoy becoming a baby sister but I'll birth you as the older sister
