Demand your underwear back from Susan

Still diapered, you leave your room and head down the hallway to Susan's. You don't bother knocking as you let yourself in.

"What did you do with my underpants?" you demand.

She smiles knowingly but asks. "What underpants?"

"All of my underpants." you say. "You took them out of my room. Where are they?"

"You don't have any underpants." she says. "You've always worn diapers."

"What?" you ask. "No I haven't." The padding between your legs makes you wonder if that's true. No. You remember putting on underpants this morning.

"I made it so you were never potty trained." she says.

"What do you mean?" you ask. Not entirely certain that she's lying.

"I have a magic notebook." she says. "Whatever I write in it comes true."

You remember the book she was carrying when she came home. You see it sitting on her desk.
