Men were going to be in high demand, people would probably pay for the chance to get pregnant, Surviving men were probably in a lot of danger of being kidnapped and sold, To wealthy women.
And with Women now being obviously in control of every government, Men probably didn't exactly have rights anymore, probably more for protection than anything else.
This was all assumed at least, who knows what was really happening, they barely told you anything.
