You looked towards the water. The waves seemed to be fairly calm, though the water was a bit dark. You quickly looked around for a pair of swimming trunks, and found one around your size laying in a nearby bush. Stripping down to just your trunks, you made your way into the calm water.
It was warm and shallow, prompting you to move even further from the shore. As treaded water, some thoughts began entering your mind. You were a bit confused on how the beach was so empty. Sure people could have evacuated the sand, but there wasn’t a single person in the water either. If anything, this seemed like the safest place to be.
Just as you finished thinking that, the water in your area got much darker. Suddenly, the lifeguard begins surfacing from the water.
