The studios aren't always willing to pay the often outrageous prices to hire the top stars for their movies.

It's always better to discover new talent. New, incredibly attractive talent that won't ask for incredible sums of money to star in movies.

So what if they can't always find that certain someone they need out in the wild and have the cheat a bit?

So...long story short, Holywood Studios turns a bunch of teen boys into gorgeous early 20 something women who are all too eager to become famous.
