As you look around the domestic area - searching for the pet you want, you notice a small, brown furred, bunny anthro who was purposely trying to hide herself behind the rest of the anthros who seemed more eager and interested in your presence.
After you ponder on your decision, you ultimately decide to pick the bunny anthro. “Can I have the one in the back” you speak, the clerk nods and after she goes in she comes back out with the bunny anthro still shyly ducking behind the clerks leg. “Shes a bit shy, but she should open up after a while” the clerk adds, “yeah, i’ll take good care of her than”. Before you leave, the clerks gives you more information on the bunny anthro, stating her age - 20 - and her name, which, as she explains, isn’t really common for them to be given name since they aren’t normally in here for this long, however Lue, the bunny anthros name, had been here the longest.
You hold her left hand as you lead Lue to her side of the car, opening the door for her. “Do you need help” you ask. She shakes her head as she precedes to bounce up, grasping onto the door frame, before then pulling herself onto the cars seat. You head over to your side, turn on your car, and drive backwards out from the pet store, driving straight home. You lived in an apartment and as such were a bit nervous that you’d be given strange looks as you entered through the lobby. Luckily for you however, no one seemed to be occupying the lobby - probably because it was pretty late and everyone had decided to stay in their rooms - and with that you take Lue, who you were still holding by her hand, to your apartment.
