Yes! Somehow, Sylveon manages to plug Eevee'...

Sylveon's plug only delayed the inevitable. The small Eevee continued to swell to the size of a beach ball. While the plug gave the others time to escape from the blast radius, poor Eevee was stuck, immobilized by her own belly. Her tummy was as taut as a drum, and she was on the verge of bursting. The plug was slipping and wouldnt stay in much longer.
