They reached a nearby cabin they'd parked their car at, so that they could dry Martin off.

Martin sat down on a wooden chair, and removed his wet hiking boots and socks.

As Martin dried off, he made a startling discovery: he found the pond he'd fell into had age regression properties, spreading de-aging atoms throughout his body.

"0h my goodness! What's happening to me?! I'm... I'm getting younger..."

Indeed he was.

He sat in the chair, wriggling his toes, as he regressed in age.
