"Yes. They have exceptional hiding abilities such as blending in their surroundings but all like most octopuses as the have to spine but are solid enough to walk. They are highly intellectual beings." The scientist said.
"Anything else I should know about them.?" The general asked.
"To be frank, general. We had just discovered it or say captured it in the tropical regions of Asia. We were still studying it till it's escape." Mines said to the general. There was knock on the door.
"Come in." Mines said.
"Reporting sir." Said the soldier who saluted."
"Then report." The general said making the soldier more nervous.
"Ye-yes sir. Several of the same species had escaped sir." He said nervously.
"WHAT!?!" Mines and the General said in unison.
Back at the college.
Alexis washed her face. Her weariness getting the best of her as she opened her bag to get her facial scrub. Unsafe that something was lurking in the vents watching her. It opened the vent and quickly scurried across and into one of the stalls. Alexis turned to look at the open vent.
"Must be a rat.". She thought as she continued washing her face. The creature decides too.
