For example your cruel older sister makes you wear the thickest and most embarrassing pink princess diapers for someone your size, even while you would only need simple pull-ups to manage you problem, just to humiliate you even further and since she spikes your drinks with very strong laxatives you end up messing your diapers every day. Off course nobody believes you when you tell them the truth, and what's more the permanent laxatives usage damaged your bowel control so badly, that you are now almost constantly messing your diapers.
