A villaness with a self thought of vendetta against Rhonda, and Rhonda doesn't even know her personally! Wanting rubber powers, Popher was jealous of Rhonda's abilities. Now dong everything she can to humiliate Rubbermaid, even going so far to kill her! Popher also makes twisted androids to do her bidding, causing mass confusion.

Popher wears an black version of Rhonda's normal costume, but without the ability to stretch it.
