Ino carried Naruto by his wedgie through the village, looking for someone in particular. She took heavy steps, making sure Naruto bounced as they walked. His undies were so stretched she had to wrap it around her hand a couple of times to make sure he was dragging on the floor.
Finally, she saw her teammate, Chouji, eating ice cream by himself.
Said man gulped when he caught sight of her, instantly wincing upon seeing Naruto and remembering his own troubles with Ino.
Before he could run away Ino caught up to him, a wickedly evil smile on her face.
"Now now Chouji, no need to run away. I'm far to excited that Naruto is back to mess with you~"
Chouji nodded slowly, taking a dark gulp. The ice cream that was in his hand melted by now and was dripping on the ground.
"What...what do you want from me?" Chouji's fearful voice came up.
Ino's terrifying eyes opened as she calmly pointed to the remains in Chouji's hand."
"That."
"This?" Chouji stuttered as he lifted up his hand. Naruto groaned from where he was hanging and tried wiggling out of the grip, only for Ino to give him a particularly hard bounce that had him frozen.
"Yes, that. Won't you be a dear, Chouji, and go buy me some ice cream? Preferable the type to not melt so quickly~"
Chouji didn't wait for another second and ran back into the shop. Meanwhile, Ino finally let Naruto up, who quickly tried to get his undies back in position. He tried to run away from Ino, but said woman carefully stepped on his pant leg, causing his pants to fall down. Naruto gasped and blushed deeply, trying to cover himself. He bent over to pick up his pants at the exact moment that Chouji handed Ino a large ice cream cone and booked it out of there.
Ino ran a hand up Naruto's back, forcing him to stay bent over.
"Oh Naruto~ Why don't we celebrate your return with a...sweet...treat?"
Naruto was confused, so gripping his fallen pants when he felt it, his eyes bugging out of his head.
The back side of his undies was pulled away, and a shivering cold sensation entered. Before he could react that freezing cold sensation was pressed into his butt and crack as Ino wedgie him once more.
"aaaAAAAAAAA!!!!" Naruto screamed, cupping his butt and forgetting about his pants as the ice cream seeped in. The wedgie stretched even more, the ice cream going in deeper as his undies were brought over his head. Naruto fell to his knees, his hands still cupping his butt when a rope tied his hands into place. With a thump, Ino stretched Naruto's undies to the sidewalk and sunk a kunai in them, keeping Naruto kneeling in an atomic wedgie. His round bubble butt was high in the air for the world to see, his undies bulging in his crack from the ice cream that miraculously hasn't melted into a puddle of goo yet. He couldn't get up with his undies stretched over the back of his head and nailed into the ground, and he couldn't get the kunai out with his hands tied, cupping his butt. He was truly trapped.
"INOOOO!!!!" Naruto yelled muffled into the ground. Said woman laughed and gave Naruto's butt a spank before leaning down to his ear.
"Why don't we play a game, my favorite toy?" Ino asked through Naruto's muffled cries.
"The game is, if you can get out of this wedige before this ice cream melts, I'll let you go~ If the ice cream melts, then...it just proves you didn't train enough on your trip! So, I'll leave you here tied up with a sign that says 'keep added frozen treats until I can break out!' How bout that, Naruto? Sounds like a good idea? The whole village would love to see your bubble butt shaking and shivering!"
Ino slapped his butt again and laughed, enjoying the sound of Naruto's cries.
