The gloves worked well at helping Daniel grip the steering wheel. They also protected his hands if the wheel got too hot or too cold. Daniel honestly did not think he would ever lock himself out so he wasn't sure how he would test these gloves. But sure enough, the very next place he parked, he locked himself out of his car.
The parking lot was crowded and Daniel had to park far from any building. It was the perfect time to test the gloves. He put them on and went to touch his car but before he even knew he had touched it, every clasp around him opened including his zippers and shoelaces. His pants fell and as he tried to pull them up, he tripped tangling his feet in his pants and shoelaces. He couldn't even stand up because his feet were practically tied together.
The parking lot was a wide-open, flat place with only cars to hide behind. Many people passed him on the way to or from their vehicles.
