You slice through the woman's tongue, and the cut began to glow pink. You then re-read the note, and realised that you could either grab the woman's tongue and pull it, giving her a super long tongue, or you could leave the cut section of the tongue where it was, giving the woman the ability to stretch her tongue as far as she wanted.
