"Help! I'm in your ear and need your help!" You said into the little girl's cavernous ear canal. She suddenly stops walking causing you to stumble; "wh-whoa!" You stammer as you have to use the inner wall of her ear to keep you from almost falling over onto your ass and into a glob of her ear wax.
"What's wrong, hunny?" The mother asks her daughter. "I... Thought I heard someone say that they were inside of my ear... And they needed my help!" Said the little girl,"I felt something in there too!" She exclaimed,"It kinda tickled a little..." She said with a childish giggle. "Come here and let me see..." The mother said, turning her daughter's head slightly to the side and lowering herself to peer into her daughter's ear. You watch as her gargantuan eye appears outside of the cavern peering in at you and squints at you as you wave shyly at it. The mother gasps as she notices you.
"Stay still Molly." You watch as the mother's fingertip appears against the edge of Molly's ear canal, prompting you to crawl up onto it. The mother, watching as your tiny speck of a self appears on her fingertip, moves you away from her daughter's ear and up to her own gigantic eye as she stands up straight again, peering at you in awe. "How?... How did you get so... Wow. Molly... Go find a toy. I'll... Be right over there, ok sweetie?" The mother says to her daughter before walking over to a bench by the store entrance and takes a seat slowly, being sure to keep her finger help upright with you still on it.
She then repositions her fingertip back in front of her eye and continues, "Please tell me I did not just find an honest to God fairy in my daughter's ear..." The mother says quietly to herself (and to you) which you could hear quite clearly. She watches you for a dazed moment before realizing, "oh! Right, sorry..." She says, brushing her hair away from her ear before moving her fingertip around her head and positions it before her own cavernous ear. "I'm not a fairy! I'm a human man!" You shout into her ear canal. "Oh, thank goodness..." The mother says, pressing her other hand up against her chest, "I'm not going insane... But... If you're a human man... Just how did you get so tiny? Everything must be so... So colossal to you now..." You saw no point in lying to this woman, so you went straight to the truth, "I shrunk myself with a device I ordered online because I wanted to put my survival skills to the test!" You said into her ear while at the same time, admiring how clean she kept her ear canal compared to that of her daughter's. "Survival?... But, didn't you ask my daughter for help a moment ago?" Your cheeks blush red as you reply, "heh... Yeah... Just needed a better start I suppose." The mother snorts out a laugh while bringing you out in front of her and back up to where she can peer down at you. "You didn't really think this all the way through, didn't you... Uhm... May I ask for your name?"
"I'm (insert your name here)! It's nice to meet you!"
"Its nice to meet you too (insert your name here). I'm Ashley." Just then, her daughter reappears with her chosen toy, startling her mother, causing her to jump slightly, but to you, her finger flew out from underneath you and the next thing you knew, you were in free fall. Hands pinwheeling through the air, legs kicking as you fall and land...
