Possession.

Lets try again :) Julie or one of her employees has the ability to either turn into a ghost... or to astral project themselves out of their body and possess the bodies of others. They will also have the option of whether they take control of those bodies or just ride along as a passenger and experience everything that they experience. And maybe once in control they also have the ability to alter their host bodies in any way, but this is optional.

Another option is that they can project 'copies' of themselves into other people's bodies and take over them.
