The Hokage's tower was a busy place, guards patrolling, people coming in and out. Tsunade couldn't meet with everyone, but it seemed like she made an honest effort to try. Soon, Hinata was called into the Hokage's office.
Tsunade was an incredible woman with an overwhelming presence. She was the first female Hokage ever and while supposedly in her fifties, she could have easily passed for thirty. Also, she had enough cleavage for someone to fall into, and more than one bold soul over the years had tried.
"Ah, there you are, Hinata," Tsunade said.
Hinata bowed respectfully. "What can I do for you, Tsunade?"
"It's not what you can do for me, girl. It's what I can do for you. See, you have a problem. Your father thinks so, and Kurenai agrees with him."
Hinata stared, wide eyed. Her sensei agreed with her father? But Kurenai didn't agree with him on anything! What had she done? She fidgeted nervously. "I-I'm sorry, Tsunade."
The Hokage waved a hand dismissively. "It's nothing that can't be fixed. And I know just the way to fix it."
