What else could the rift have caused?
Reality change 1: Reversal of women clothes, so conservative clothes are seen as inappropriate, while wearing very little is seen a proper.

Reality change 2: A large change up of the social dynamic. The relationships between people have change, for example, Ichigo could be best friends with Tatsuki, while Orihime is in a relationship with Mizuiro, although family remain the same, how they interact could change, so Karin and Yuzu may not be able to stand each other, while Keigo and his sister ,Mizuho, are very close as siblings.
