Kourtney shakes her head "No no no Scotty. You won't get away from me that easily. If I put you down, you'll just find that trans-whatsit and shrink me yourself."
You want to protest even though that probably is what you would do, but high in the air in Kourtney's cupped hand a cold wind blows over you. The wind slices like knives and punches like a boxing champ. You have to lay low against her palm to avoid the brunt of the chill.
"No my little guy," Kourtney smiles "you are going to stay here with me." Kourtney takes a look at all the buildings that only reach to her ankles. Hundreds of tiny people circle around her. She remarks "Wow. Everything is really tiny from up here." Her eyes grow big. "Look at all of you little people down there! You're all like tiny bugs. Cute little bugs!"
The whole time Kourtney is distracted by the wonders at her feet, you're fearing for your life. Her hand bobs up and down in the wind. She probably doesn't even notice it, but to you it's like the rocking of a ship at sea. It threatens to roll you right overboard over her palm.
"Kourtney! Kourtney!" you scream and hope she'll give you some helpful attention. She won't put you down but maybe you can get her to at least put you somewhere safer and warmer. The next cold gust could send you plummeting.
