Dr. Rebekah Montana was sipping quietly from a mug of coffee in the faculty break lounge, trying to finish a crossword puzzle, when a huge explosion rocked the building to its foundation, throwing her to the floor. It was only when she was able to stand up again and look out the window that she realized it wasn't a bomb, but one of her students now standing in the wreckage of the science building on the other side of campus. She had to have been 300 feet tall, as her eyes surveyed her surroundings.
"This is SO cool!" the student - named Tina - said, her voice booming out in all directions as she took her first step, with the shockwave that followed throwing the professor back to the floor.
Montana cursed herself for leaving her invention unlocked in the lab building. "I have to get to the transposer," she said to herself. Just as she made her way outside, another small earthquake tossed her to the ground again, while also causing a large crack to form halfway up the building she was just in and split the sidewalks open. In a nearby parking lot, she heard car alarms go off. Rebekah saw the transposer lying in a field, the 300 foot tall girl too preoccupied with curious onlookers to notice her.
Montana took her high heels off and began sprinting towards her invention, making sure to stay a safe distance away from the titaness. Tina would occasionally take a step forward, the tremors each step produced knocking Rebekah to the ground for a moment, but she continued on, undaunted.
As she approached the transposer, she began to realize just how large it had become. The gun was bigger than a double-wide trailer, the barrel spacious enough to allow Rebekah to walk around inside of it if she had a boost up.
Montana walked towards the side of the gun, getting a running start, before leaping onto one of the grooves on the handle. Rebekah grunted as she pulled herself up, her arms shaking as they struggled to support her body weight.
Eventually, Montana was able to make it to the top. She wanted to rest, to give her arms time enough to recover, but she couldn't. Tina might be back at any moment. Right now, the giantess had picked up a car from the parking lot and was peering into it.
Out of breath, Rebekah continued on, eventually reaching the dial, which was as least three times the size of her. She bent down, struggling with every last ounce of strength she had left just to move the dial a little. Finally, she succeeded, though it only budged a couple of inches.
Professor Montana grunted with effort as time passed, hoping she could return the dial back to "Decrease" before Tina returned. It was barely a quarter of the way there, when the tremors returned, each one more powerful than the last. Rebekah looked up, realizing the giantess was heading straight for the transposer.
Montana grabbed the side of her invention and held on for dear life, as she was nearly thrown to the ground on numerous occasions. By the time Tina approached, her massive sneakers looming in front of her like twin two-story buildings, Montana's teeth were rattling inside of her head.
Tina bent forward and grabbed the transposer off the ground, exposing the professor to a few g-force winds as it traveled upward. Rebekah screamed as winds smacked into her, threatening to send her flying to the ground below, before two huge lips kissed the barrel of the device.
Montana, her heart in her throat, looked up, into a face that was larger than anything she had ever seen before. Two huge eyes, the size of the moon as far as she was concerned, zeroed in on her, squinting to make out her minuscule form dangling 300 feet off the ground.

"Hey, what's that?" Tina asks, turning the gun at an angle. Montana's grip finally falters and she plummets, screaming as her body slides against the side of the transposer before landing in Tina's massive palm. Another student from her class, Scott, rushes over to make sure she is okay.
Her body visibly shaking, Montana makes it to her feet with Scott's help, watching as the giantess's eyes probe their every move.
"What are you doing here, professor?" Tina asks, forcing both Montana and Scott to cover their ears.
"Tina!" Rebekah yells up in an effort to be heard. "You have to shrink back down! You're too big!"
"Nuh-uh," the giantess replies. "I'm having too much fun."
"But you're causing too much damage," the professor continues. "The science building is completely destroyed. Sidewalks and roads nearby have split open. And you have the entire student body terrified of you."
"Really?" Tina replies, finally realizing the extent of her destruction. "I had no idea."
"Yeah," Scott chimes in. "Just shrink back down. You won't be in any trouble. We promise."
"Hmm..." Tina says, thinking hard.  indicates the next chapter needs to be written. |
