The little red headed girl was looking around when suddenly she realized that she was sitting with strangers. To her left was a little boy in his mother's arms. Behind her was his best friend, a man in his early sixties and her daughter who was in her thirties. At the other table, a balding man in his fifties wearing a yellow shirt realized that he wasn't sitting with his mother. He started to panic as he didn't know who he was with or where his mother was. Looking behind him he saw her and his baby brother. He quickly got up out of his seat and rejoined his mother's table.
"Where did you go?" she asked.
"I don't know. I was just sitting here and then I was at another table."
"Right," the mother said not believing her child who was apparently a man about twenty years older than she was.
"When can we go home?" the man asked.
"Look, we just had lunch. I still have to buy you some things for school. And your little brother is growing out of everything. I have to get him some stuff too."
"But I want to go home."
"After I am done."
"I want to go now," the man said starting to raise his voice.
His mother kept control over her voice, but in a low growl that meant business, "We will go home when I am done here."
Cowed the man took the soda from his Happy Meal and sucked some up through it's straw. But a moment later, maybe spurred by his inexplicably being transported to a different seat, the man said, "I want to go home now." The woman got out of her seat. It looked like she was going to give her fifty year old son a spanking.
But you moved on to a different girl. This one had a pink baseball cap and pink jacket. She seemed to be talking to her brother who also wore a baseball cap except it was turned backwards and was black in color.
