The dragon was swooping down and he breathed fire and burned a tree. Sabrina had never saw the dragon and he was evil. Redalf was growling but even he was unable to fight a dragon. Steve, Laura and Sabrina ran towards the cave and it was just over the hill but would they make it. Laura fell and Redalf laid next to her and she got on his back. The dragon was flying and breathing fire and burned down more trees. Sabrina had to admit she was scared.
Devay appeared on his black horse and he took out his bow and arrow and he only had one aim. He took aim and shot the dragon. The dragon cried out in pain and flew off. Devay got off his horse and Sabrina hugged him.
"Devay, I am so glad you saved us. This young children are lost and scared to be out here."
"I can't say I blame them. Where do you live?"
"In a cottage by Enchanted Brook." Steve answered.
"I will take you home. I need two more horses. Morgana, can you help us?"
"Just then a purple mist appeared and so did a brown horse and white one."
Why didn't Morgana help with the dragon? Morgana being a fairy wouldn't have let her daughter Sabrina and the children be hurt by a dragon.
Sabrina looked at Laura and Steve. "You are the Owens children aren't you?"
"Yes. We have been lost for quite awhile." Laura looked sad.
"I know. I have been trying to find you." Sabrina hugged Laura.
Devay helped the children on the horses and Sabrina rode with Devay. Just then they heard other horses. The Kings Men! Devay had deserted his post and he told the children to follow him over the hill. Just then the dragon came back and he wasn't alone! He bought two more dragons with him!
