Penny looked as her new friends get adopted while she stays in the shelf. She waited for someone to pick her but, but no one ever came to her. By the end of the day, her row is empty with some heads above and below her. Penny then saw the doctor that help her become a pet head.
"Hello Ms. Mason. How is your first day as a pet head?", said the doctor.
"Kind of lonely now. Everyone got adopted except for me.", said Penny.
"You know, pet heads don't have to be adopted. You can be independent and leave this place.", said the doctor.
"I can?"
"Of course. Why do you see some pet heads hired for jobs? There are many opportunities for you even as a head and laws that are made to give some benefits to pet heads."
"I never realized that."
"If you want to leave, please notify the person in front and your free. Though you are always welcome here."
"Thanks doctor. I'll take some time to think about it.", said Penny.
The doctor left and Penny started to think about what to do. She notices that she forgot her stuff at home so she could use this chance to get it back. Though she can't really wear clothes anymore. At least she isn't bound by someone though she does need support since she is a head.
