A new meaning to blue balls

They paint Ben's balls blue but his penis white. "What does the different colors mean?"

Ralu explains, "Your penis size is your rank in government. Your balls are your rank in domestic matters."

Ralu has a green dick and blue balls. Jason winds up with a blue dick and white balls.

Ralu says, "When we greet one another, we hold the lower ranking member. So when you two greet each other, Ben would hold Jason's balls and Jason would hold Ben's dick. I would hold Jason's balls and he would hold my dick. I would hold Ben's dick but Ben would not hold me since we are the same rank domestically."

Jason laughs.

Ralu continues seriously, "There is only one man that outranks blue. He would hold both your dick and balls at the same time."
