Naomi was understandably a little nervous as she worked with the new girl, Alexa, for the first time. The Latina woman seemed to have a fiery temper that flared up every now and then. "Estantería bastardo!" Naomi heard Alexa grumble, as a shelf started collapsing, sending some stock tumbling onto the floor. "Need any help?" Naomi offered, her voice free of any accent, unlike Alexa.
"No, I'm fine, thanks." Alexa grumbled as she glanced at her Japanese-born co-worker. She brushed her dusty blonde hair from her face and grabbed a nearby hammer to put the shelf back into place. Naomi thought it was 'unsettling' the way Alexa was going to town on the shelf. She didn't stop to think that maybe Alexa had just been having 'one of those days'.
Of course, Naomi had another reason to feel nervous, since she had something tucked into her bra that she'd been hiding all day, every since discovering it in her mail that morning. A small 'yarn doll' that arrived along with a hand written note written in her native Japanese language. The doll supposedly would enable it's user to swap people's body parts around. Only those who have had physical contact with the doll will be aware of any changes that occur.
It was killing Naomi keeping this to herself, she wanted to share with someone, but... was Alexa the right person? She wasn't sure she was. Besides, Naomi was a little jealous of Alexa, especially her D-cup breasts and gorgeous hair, not to mention her killer legs.
"What are you looking at?" Alexa suddenly snapped, seeing Naomi staring in her direction.
Naomi quickly apologized. "S-sorry, didn't mean to stare."
Alexa sighed, then actually smiled. "It's okay, just ignore me. Having a shitty day so far." she said to Naomi. She then got to her feet and threw the hammer she was holding into the tool tray nearby. Naomi then helped Alexa pick up the merchandise that had fallen to the floor.
As she was doing this, Naomi made her decision about confiding in someone about her doll.
