The Rabbit household had remained quiet for a good chunk of the day, Vanilla simply assuming her daughter had been dragged into one of the adventures her friends favor so much.

Unaware however, as the door opens, the no4mally cheerful rabbit Vannila calls her own was a tad...more antsy than usual. She was quiet all dinner and kept covering her skirt lik her life depended on it. Even when she bumped into things, she had to hold her mouth, as she was suppressing a moan of some kind, making Vanilla all the more worried.

In reality, however, Cream's panties contained a rather surprising fact: An earlier incident had granted a decent sized bulge inside of them. What Cream didn't know, though...
