Summer seemed doubtful about this choice.
"Can Mouse even read? Do you need help?"
"Oh har har, very funny." Mouse stuck out her tongue at her big sister.
"Well try not to fall asleep this time like you usually do during homework"
Mouse rolled her eyes and braced herself for the task.
"Committal...of the in-Injunction of the defendants for restitution...
In consi...consideration...
Hey lady, this text is HEE HEE HAAHAA" she screeched as the feather started to stroke her feet.
"Again." The woman ordered. "In consideration of...?"
"Of...Judicial acts falling under our jurydisc....jurisiscon...."
"It's "jurisdiction"! Come on, Mouse!" Summer intervened to cheer her on but she shrieked when she felt her foot being tickled too.
"Na-ah! Your sister has to be able to read it on her own. There is no point to it if you can't understand and memorize what each of you did wrong on your own."
"Come on Mouse, I believe in you!" Summer thought rooting for her sister in her head.
Mouse grappled with the two things that she hated the most in the world, studying and feather tickles.
"W...whereby we order the...adjournment of the acquittal of the defendants..."
She curled up and buried her face between her legs, gently rocking back and forth and lost in giggling to herself.
Summer's eyes darted around, seeking help, she was seriously worried that Mouse was done for.
But then Mouse emerged with a wheeze, calmed down, and ready to begin reading again.
"Wheeeeww! Okay, I'm good.
...Which we hereby decree...in consideration of the f-facts. Phew done!"
The older woman clapped.
"Very good! This next section is now to be read by the older sister.
But first, some punishment for interrupting earlier."
"What you you meaWEEHAAHAAHAAHAAA, M-MERCYY PLEEEASE!"
"Give us some good laughs to show that you're REALLY sorry.
"I'M SORREEE! HEHEHEEEE, SORREEE!"
The feather stopped and Summer tried to hide her blushing face while wiggling her toes.
