Angelica Pickles, the blonde-haired bossy, three arid half year old child of the Pickles clan, was always the one in charge when it came to the Rugrats' adventures. But one day, as they explored the attic of their house which was filled with old, magical artifacts, Chuckie accidentally knocked a strange glittering amulet off its stand. When it hit Angelica, she suddenly transformed, becoming an even smaller version of herself, almost instantly regressing to the age of an infant. Now, she wore a pacifier around her neck and had a diaper below the flowery dress that suddenly seemed a dimension too large
