After placing the couple's order and sitting at a vacant table in this new Chinese restaurant (named Mein Chow), Aria carefully removed tiny Blake from between her breasts and set him onto the table, right in front of her. The two managed to get in a few minutes of small talk before the waiter brought their order of lo mein and ramen noodles.
"So..." Blake began nervously after slurping down a noodle, "um...how's your food?"
"Great!" Aria smiled before swallowing a mouthful of lo mein. "Um, Blake? Are you alright?"
"Y-yeah...it's just...uh..." Blake blushed madly, almost like a tomato...or something else that's red.
"Are you...afraid of being eaten at your size?"
This question left Blake in surprise. That might not have been what was on his mind, but it was certainly a real danger for a tiny mage like him.
"N-no, I...um..."
"It's OK," Aria said, "you can tell me."
"Aria, um...would you...protect me?"
"Of course! We're a couple, and I'll always keep you safe."
"Th-thanks...um, the thing is...someone might be out to get me. A woman named Raven Flame."
"Raven Flame?"
"She's a witch from the Netherworld. Some years ago...I accidentally spilled a potion on her, and she claims that this incident ruined her life...I've tried to apologize, but she's too buried in her grudge!"
"Oh my gosh...well, if she ever threatens you, I'll give Raven a piece of my mind!"
Blake smiled softly, and the two continued eating their dinner. Surprisingly, the tiny boy finished his noodles before Aria could eat all of her lo mein. But he still felt a little hungry. Maybe it wouldn't hurt to sneak a bite of lo mein from his giantess date?
