"I know I am going to regret this", mumbled Josh and said out loud: "Fine, I'll swap skills with you."
"I agree", grinned Jenn as the blinding light emerged again, but this time both did not feel as if anything was different.
"Did it work?", asked Josh.
"Try it", replied Jenn. "Walk a bit, if you fall again like before, we know it didn't work."
Josh nodded and carefully took a step. He did not intend to fall again, no matter whether the swap worked or not, the first time was humiliating enough. After a few steps, he become more and more certain that everything worked as intended. He was walking around in his high-heeled sandals like he had done for years!
"Wow, Joshy. Really incredible that a boy like you is so adapt in walking with high heels", joked Jenn who had mad herself comfortable on Josh's bed. "I could not even imagine walking in something like that."
"It's not that difficult actually", replied Josh and continued walking around the room, amazed at what he can do, as well as the new height he had gained via the shoes and the click-clack sound that followed every step of him. "These shoes really give me a height boost. I should be taller than mom right now."
"As long as she doesn't decide to wear heels as well". Jenn looked amazed at Josh who was just gliding around in these heels, just like she used to do. "This is so amazing. Let's swap more!"
"What? Weren't we supposed to study?", exclaimed Josh surprised.
"As if YOU wanted to study anyway", rolled Jenn her eyes. "Come on, we have enough time to study later, let's test the limits of your new powers first."
Josh sighed in defeat. "Fine… What do you have in mind?"
"Let's see", smiled Jenn and pondered of what the two should swap.
