Clearing the Pantry

… Benjamin let out a sigh of relief as he heard a sink turn on upstairs. Apparently, they were just getting some water. A few moments later, Oscar’s parent returns to bed, apparently completely oblivious to what the two boys were doing downstairs.

After having gone hungry for much of his life, being so stuffed was always a wonderful feeling. Jay just wanted to sit here and just enjoy this sensation, forever and ever… but just as he leaned against a wall and started to rest his eyes, Benjamin nervously stepped in. “C’mon, man! We don’t have all night! You got what you wanted, right?”

“Ooohhh… look at this… belly...” The wolf boy muttered with a relaxed grin, patting and kneading at his fluffy gut. “I don’t think I can… walk...”

“Well, you’re gonna have to! You can’t sit here all night!” Benjamin retorted. Jay let out a little, annoyed groan as the fox boy grabbed him by the arm and forcibly pulled him to his feet, his belly jiggling as he was forced to stand. Jay had to rest his head on Benjamin’s shoulder as they walked, just to keep from losing his balance.

“You gotta… try this...” Jay sighed, still full of bliss after his meal. “Stuffing yourself… nothing’s better…”

Benjamin was always halfway unnerved and halfway happy to see his best friend in such a dazed, almost mindless state of euphoria. As he helped the wolf silently ascend the stairs, the wolf boy’s belly kept loudly growling and churning as it began to digest the food within. “No thanks, man. All that junk food is gonna make you soooo fat.”

Jay chuckled a bit. “Bein’ fat… doesn’t sound that bad...” He shrugged. “Having a… big belly all of the time? Sounds good to me...” Benjamin tried to ignore the dopey wolf, as he snuck back into the bedroom and set the wolf down on the bottom bunk, right below where Oscar was quietly sleeping. Luckily, Oscar was a heavy sleeper…

Immediately upon being set down on the soft mattress, the wolf collapsed back, feeling the weight of his huge, stuffed gut atop him. All the junk food he ate, most swallowed whole, jostled around in his tummy as he laid there, rubbing his paws over it. Even Benjamin seemed entranced by the sight. He always sort of liked how big, comfy and fluffy Jay’s belly could get, despite himself. “You… need a belly rub?” He whispered.

“I thought you’d… never ask...” Jay said with a big grin. After a moment’s hesitation, Benjamin pressed his hands up against the wolf’s stuffed gut, feeling his heart flutter as he felt just how warm, fluffy and soft his belly was. He ran his hands over it, enjoying the feeling, before getting to work.

Jay let out a quiet, satisfied sigh as the fox began expertly massaging his belly, kneading it with his palms and pressing down with his thumbs, in just the right spots to make the wolf boy’s tail wag. Even Benjamin couldn’t help but smile, enjoying the sensation.

Eventually, Benjamin’s own tail was wagging, and he couldn’t resist the urge to wrap his arms around his friend’s gut, pressing his cheek up against it as he immerses himself in the pillowy fluff, listening to its constant, pleasant gurgles. Before long, they both fell asleep like this, curled up and warm in the bottom bunk…

---

The next morning, they were awoken by a loud scream from downstairs, which sounded like Oscar’s mother. Jolted from their slumber, they both stared at each other. “Guess they found it...” Jay said, simply. It looked like it was now or never; they were going to figure out if their plan worked, or if they were busted.

Benjamin hurriedly helps Jay stand up with a groan. The wolf boy’s belly has already shrunk significantly, down to an almost unnoticeable but still fluffy paunch. Exchanging a nervous glance, they sneak quietly downstairs, ready to meet whatever fate has in store for them.

Oscar and his parents are standing around the pantry, gawking at the mess. Now that he thinks about it, Jay might’ve gone a little bit overboard. “W-what happened?” Benjamin nervously asked, feigning ignorance. Oscar’s mother turned to them, looking absolutely mortified.

“O-Our pantry!’ She cried. “It’s been destroyed! Cleared out! It’s like a tornado blew through…!”

“Who would do such a thing?” Jay asked.

Oscar’s mom gave them a weird look, before replying…
