This choice: Sam takes it to April's house • Go Back...Chapter #6Sam takes it to April's house by: Jedi knight   Sam decided to go to April’s house & show it to either April or her 16 year old brother Ben. Sam grabbed a clean pair of athletic shorts, a pair of athletic socks & an athletic T-shirt. Sam quickly got dressed then slipped his athletic shoes on. Sam slipped the recorder into his pocket & grabbed his keys then left to drive over to April’s house. Sam hopped into his truck & started driving over as he thought about who he wanted to show the recorder to.
A few minutes later Sam pulled on to April’s street & as he drove towards her house he could see April’s brother Ben outside shooting hoops. Ben is shirtless as he dribbles the basketball & keeps shooting the ball into the net. Sam & Ben are really good friends even though there’s two years difference in their ages as they are both on the basketball & varsity football teams at school. They have quite a bit in common. They both love to play basketball, football, wrestle, video games, play practical jokes & pranks on people. They are both very book/academic smart as their iq is nearly off the charts. They are also both very sports smarts as they each know football, basketball, wrestling like the back of their hands. Although Ben is just a little bit smarter & faster at football, wrestling & basketball as he can just about predict what his opponent or the team he’s playing against will do & what plays or moves to counter them. It pretty much works all the time except against Sam or another guy that’s larger or stronger than he is. Even though he’s the same height as Sam at 7 feet 4 he’s not even close to being as big & strong as Sam. He just recently had a Big 11 inch growth spurt making him really tall, lanky, skinny yet athletic. Where as Sam has 7 feet 4 for the past three years & is an absolutely huge muscle beast weighing a good 115 pounds more than Ben & it’s all pure muscle earned by eating right & working out hard everyday.
That’s where the similarities end. Even though they are the same height, Sam can easily out muscle Ben as he weighs at least 115 pounds more than Ben & it’s all muscle. Even though they’re both on the varsity football & basketball teams, on the football team Sam is a starting offensive lineman & Ben is a receiver/running back as he just physically isn’t big or strong enough to take on offensive or defensive lineman much less Sam. Ben actually tried out to be an offensive lineman or a defensive lineman but due his huge growth spurt Ben just isn’t all that Big, strong & easily got tackled by the offensive/defensive linemen but especially by Sam. Yet Sam was actually holding back when he tackled him as he didn’t want to hurt Ben which he knew that & appreciated. Ben isn’t even intimidating looking as he just looks like a scrawny, skinny giant kid even compared to shorter but much bigger guys but especially Sam. Ben has long, lean but small skinny muscles in his legs, arms & torso. He has a small defined chest that is nearly flat & a barely visible 6 pack of abs. When Ben is fully dressed he just looks like some tall lean, lanky basketball player. Sam however looks really Big, Muscular & intimidating when fully dressed but looks really Big & Intimidating with out a shirt on as he has a Huge, muscular chest, sharp stone like 8 pack abs, Huge, Muscular calves, Quads & arms! Sam is So Big & Intimidating that he’s the first player off the bus at away football games where as Ben is one of the last off. Ben is jealous of Sam’s size & strength & wishes he were as big & strong as Sam but knows he has to just keep working out to get bigger & stronger.
Does Sam use the recorder to change Ben, himself, both of them first before he gets out of his truck? Or does he show it to Ben? Or does he show it to April instead?   indicates the next chapter needs to be written. |
