Sam quickly drove home & slipped
into the privacy of his bedroom
shutting his door behind him.
Sam opened the package to find
a toy looking gun.
It had a dial with illustrations
and a trigger.
The dial oddly started out
with a small dot, then it had
a crudely drawn person,
Next the letter “N”
Then a picture of a tree,
Next a picture of a house
Then an office building
Then lastly a mountain.
Right now the dial was on the
“N”
Sam aimed at a lamp
in his room and pulled the
trigger.
A beam fired out but nothing
happens.
Sam ponders additional tests
but where and on whom?
