You scream.

"MEL, WHAT DID YOU JUST DO?!!"

You were shocked by just happened. Were you dreaming, or did Mel really just talk?

The mare was equally surprised for you to react like this.

"Erm, I spoke to you."

"But they never said you could talk!"

"Well, I could, but I have hidden it for years."

"And you're only revealing it now?"

"Yes."

Within moments, you calmed down. Now you knew you were not dreaming.

"Anyway, is it true your parents will be gone for the two weeks?"

"Yes," came your embarrassed reply. It soon became clear that Mel had another surprise for you.
