'Oh shoot!' thinking quickly, she decided to teleport hastily to her room and jump straight to the bed, she quickly pretended to be asleep, not even bothering on to get into the sheets, and in a good time too since she heard frantic knocking on the door.
'That was quick!'
"Twilight! Are you awake? It's a super-duper emergency!" Pinkie managed to open the doors, the newly-minted Alicorn 'stirred awaken' or rather faked on doing so as her pink friend come over to her
"Pinkie..? What's wrong?" She feigns confusion and concern as well tiredness, already knowing what's happening around her home and family-figure and bosses.
"Twilight! Something happened to the Cakes! well to Mr. Cake but something weird happened to his frosting making orbs!"
"What?"
"His Family Making Jewels! His Foal-Making Balloons! His pondering virile orbs! His-"
"Alright, I get it.. but why me? This seems something that should be looked over by a doctor, not me."
"Yeah but.. they've ballooned up and started glowing unnaturally! Magic is involved and they'll believe that you'll be of help, please!"
"Alright, I'm comIIINNNGGAAA-!" Twilight's statement turns into a scream as Pinkie grabbed her hoof and zoomed out of the room, halls, and castle...

"--AHHH! - Oof!" And straight into Sugarcube Corner. especially the Cake's rooms, Cup Cake was beside her pained husband while observing worryingly the inflated and glowing family jewels.
"I brought Twilight~!" Pinkie announced and saluted in and it was true, she bought the alicorn of friendship, a bit dazed due to the speed the earth pony came about but quickly came to her bearings once she realized that she was back in the bakery's upper floors.
"Twilight! Thanks the stars!"
"Mrs. Cake? What's wrong-" She stopped upon witnessing again the inflated reproductive orbs glowing within the tight confines of the affected stallion's scrotum "Ohh." of course, she know that this was her fault but all the same she feign ignorance. "I can see now."
"Can you help him?" The blue mare asked with hope in her voice.
"I'll see what I can do."
Her horn glows and tentatively walked up to the stallion, her magic's bather around the crotch of the yellow baker, he jolted but then sighed in relief as if the pain was gone which was good enough to calm things down while she could do her investigation of the spell's limits and hopefully, revert the twins back to normal before things get out of control for her.
Hopefully, if things turn out well, she can walk out unscathed
