'I know!' Twilight exclaimed mentally as she thought of a solution and before Pinkie or anypony could move, she casts an instant sleeping spell that affected everypony in the room except for her. Pinkie fell right on her nose and snore all while the cakes fell back to their beds. She sighed in pure relief now that a possible disaster has been adverted and now she have to defuse another one, namely the load that once was the twins within Carrot's balls.
She approached the bed slowly and stealthily although considering the type of spell - and Pinkie's loud snores not waking them up - it wasn't mostly needed but as soon she went to the occupied bed her attention was diverted to Carrot's exposed stallionhood or rather, his overinflated testicles.
"Fascinating!" Twilight whispered in awe as she inspected the pulsing reproductive orbs closely, they were glowing rather intensely from within the scrotum. "They may have regressed but not to single cells but their mass had converted into entire loads composed and held together by their magic. Technically they're still there but not conscious as... hopefully as expected." Twilight says, sort of assuming to be the case as she makes mental notes of her research while observing the stallion's dangling orbs albeit with a clear blush on her muzzle, she hadn't been this close to one, the smell of the musk was getting to her, making her head spin a bit.
She coughed and resume her internal notes, beginning to cup one of the balls with her hoof, feeling the weight and warm leathery flesh "Each testicle has been expanded with the twins' equivalent mass and deposited into the testicles themselves instead of the epididymis which explain the still roundness, squishiness, and overall discomfort to the subject." She says as she noted the yellow stallion grunts and whine, she flinches and decided to stop using her hoof and instead went for her magic, engulfing both testes in indigo aura. As she did this also noted the penis itself was all hard and risen from the confines of Carrot's sheath, throbbing she blushed harder, seeing a penis "The regression spell has likely a secondary effect; since the twins had regressed to the point of pre-conception and back to their sire's reproductive system, it makes the sire having a strong compulsion to mate and reconceives them, otherwise; the discomfort becomes unbearable to the point of pain... It also seems that when facing a mare, the stallion's parts release a musk, likely charged with magic, that triggers heat season to facilitate the reconception of these affected by the spell if my... reaction is anything to go by, as a mare whose head season had ended fairly recently." She gulped "nevertheless, it begs the question of what happens as soon they're reconceived as magically charged as they are despite no longer have bodies."
She sighed and took a step back, by this point, what she should do?
