Haru looked at the gun in her hands, just trying to figure out why this thing was even in her possession. It seemed like some sort of experimental weapon. That much she could figure out. Everything else about it was mysterious. She flicked the switch again, trying to figure out what the "G" setting meant. She had her suspicions, but it wouldn't hurt the test it out.
She held her finger on the trigger, her curiosity burning. She swallowed the dry lump in her throat as se rubbed her finger down the trigger's slight slope.
Her phone rang. Startled, Haru dropped the gun, and it landed with a crack before a bright flash of light blew up the room.
Haru felt a tingling sensation wash over her body. She opened her eyes only to find that the rest of the outside patio had shrunk around her.
Or so she thought.
In a quick burst, the area shrunk again, and Haru realized that she was beginning to grow. By now, she stood taller than the brick walls and the little greenhouse.
"N-no!" she stammered as her back pressed against the wall. Her legs crashed through the greenhouse, shattering instantly as her feet met the brick wall. Haru curled up into a ball, hoping not to cause any more damage. However, she continued to grow, and the walls began to give.
Haru crashed through the enclosure, throwing bricks all throughout the yard. Thankfully, the Okumura Manor had enough land to accommodate her without destroying anything she didn't already own.
Haru scrambled away from mansion as she continued to grow. Thankfully, the family mansion survived her sudden growth spurt, but she was far more worried about the fact that she hadn't stopped growing yet. Sure enough, she was already peering over the roof of her home, a surreal sight that only got stranger the larger she grew.
Her shadow loomed over the entire gated community, swallowing the streets of billion yen houses. Her neighbors, people she only met during her father's dinner parties, began to shuffle out and crowd around the outside of the manor. Sweat lined the giant girl's brow as she realized that people were beginning to notice her new size.
"Um, sorry for startling all of you,” she said sweetly. She crawled forwards on her hands and knees, looming over the large gates protecting her manor. “If it isn’t a bother to anyone, could someone place a call for me please?”

Akira Kurusu woke up a bit later than usual. Sunday mornings were always an uneventful time. He usually spent it catch up with a confidant or working at Leblanc. However, he wasn’t expecting to see the Phantom Thieves Group chat blowing up.
Futaba: BEEG HARU!!!!
Makoto: Please don’t joke about this, Futaba.
Akira squinted to get a better read on his phone. It had to be something important if Futaba was up and lively at this hour.
Akira: Something wrong?
Ann: Oh goodie! He’s up
Futaba: BEEG BEEG HARU
Makoto: Just turn on the news. I’ll be picking everyone up in my sis’ car.
Makoto: Just sit tight.
Akira did as he was told, getting out of bed and turning on the tv in his room. He smacked it a couple times to get picture, only to find news helicopters circling a massive Haru and her equally massive mansion.
“Beeg Haru indeed.”

Haru noticed a familiar car pushing its way through the streets. She let out a sigh of relief until she realized it was caught behind a wall of reporters, news vans, and general onlookers who heard the news.
“Um, brace yourselves everyone,” Haru warned as she leaned forwards and reached out for the car. The people under her split out of the way, yelping. Haru just appreciated that it gave her more room to grab the car.
“W-wait, what is she doing!?” Makoto cried as tree sized fingers began to wrap around the sides of the car as if they were toys.
“She’s gonna crush us!” Futaba screamed dramatically. Her claim was bolstered by the giant fingers denting the doors and roof of the car.
The teenagers felt a sensation of weightlessness as Haru lifted them into the air and over the massive gate blocking off her manor from the rest of the world. The only view they got of the outside world was Haru’s massive face taking up the rest of the windshield’s view.
“Hello, everyone,” Haru greeted setting the car down. Not knowing her own strength, she dropped the car from a little too high up, jostling her friends to the core as it landed with a bounce to the shocks.
The Phantom Thieves spilled out of the car, getting their bearings in an overdramatic fashion.
“I think I’m gonna chuck,” Ryuji groaned, clutching his stomach.
“S-sorry, Ryuji-kun,” the giantess said.
Meanwhile, Makoto surveyed the damage to her sister’s car, looking at all the dents in the body as if it were made of tin. “Sis isn’t going to like this…”
Haru snapped up straight. “I’m sorry Mako-chan. I can pay for the damages.” The giant heiress felt like she was going to have to do that a lot lately.
Makoto didn’t answer. Instead, she traced the outline of the dent in the driver side door.
“How’d this happen, Haru?” Akira asked, stepping up to the giantess.
“I got a strange package in the mail. It was some kind of size gun.”
“Where is it now?” Makoto asked.
Haru gestured over to the pile of rubble that was her bedroom. “Somewhere in that mess.”
Upon hearing that, Futaba began running over to the mansion. “I wanna be giant next!”
“I better find it first,” Makoto said before chasing after Futaba. She was determined to ruin the fun.
