(Note: This starts roughly around the same time Yu comes to Inaba. Not really exact tbh.)
It's was yet another night in the peaceful town of Inaba, the denizens were about to return to their slumber. Chefs cleaned their kitchens for the next day and while the employees of Junes went to the nearest bars and complain about the customers and managers they have to deal with. Even with the disturbing circumstance of Mayumi Yamano's dead body hanging from a telephone pole. Everything was normal..except for one girl in her room. She was wearing a simple pink night-grown that obscured a rather thin body. Her long unkempt pitch-black hair concealed her abnormal sapphire-colored irises, which widened as the familiar sight of the screen becoming all static. An eerie greyness enveloped the screen.
"S-so it wasn't something I imagined...I really did stick my hand in the television.…" She gasped out, revealing that two of her upper front teeth are quite large. Almost shaped like the buck-teeth of a rodent like a rat or beaver. There the corners of her startled mouth curved into a smirk filled with cheekiness. Further solidifying the "rat" image."HaKeKekeKe! So it wasn't just some "hallucination". The midnight channel DOES exist!! It does exist!"
She crackled heartily, practically using her narrow behind like a pogo stick. Totally not looking like some crazy junkie you will find in the slums of Tokyo. But the bouncing ceased, as the happy little smile quickly turned upside down.
'How in the hell I do prove does it exist?' As the thought occurred, her right eyelid curiously throbbed. How in the freaking heck does she prove it's existence? Everyone at school already thinks she is King Moron's ghastly nerd of a daughter. If she goes and tells them about it...then..she will be laughed at. Adding to the ever-growing list of ridicule like being called "a ratty bitch" or "ugly little Princess Moron. Practically destroying what little semblance of stability her sad little teenage life.
'But I have to prove that the channel exists, So the name,Naho Morooka will turn recognized throughout Japan like the great Oda Nobunaga!' Despite having such lofty dreams, her hands trembled like a faultline. Ice filled her veins as she stared at the screen. Deeply determining on thenext act-
"Stoopid brats..." The oh so familiar voice of her father drunkenly wheezed. Causing Naho's fear-stricken face melt into blank annoyance. Heavy footsteps echoed throughout the hallways of the house. "Always preying on girls or have their faces glued to their dammed genius-phonies."
Already both of her arms are through the screen. Causing the black screen of her television to produce numerous white ripples, as it was a liquid instead of being solid. Probably going against several laws of physics. But she didn't dwell on this as she didn't want to sit through that. Deciding that going through a mysterious paranormal portal is a thousand times more appealing.
After wriggling her skinny body through the modest-sized flat-screen her wonderful father got her. There she was greeted by the thickest fog she had ever seen. Resorting to utilize the soles of her tiny feet to feel her way out...which was short-lived as she fell off what seems to be cliff...or ledge...it's hard to tell with all the fog. Just as her terror-filled screams filled the air, a strange duplication of herself appeared. Wearing a skimpy crimson cocktail dress...and she is mighty pissed.
"Of course...Of FUCKING course. She would fell." The not-Naho groaned at the utter frailty of frail self. Ruby lips curl up in contempt, revealing her perfect teeth."Good god, she is so DAMN loud."
[SUPER CONVENIENT TIME SKIP!]
After what seems to be literal hours, she finally landed....and wasn't a mess of red salsa."I'm alive...I'm actually alive!". She cried in both fear and happiness, her hands feeling the entirety of her bleached body. Sighing in utter relief at the fact that everything was present. As she turned around...she saw a positively massive sized television screen behind."N..no way."
As she turns around..there she noticed that she was in a room in someone's home...and she was the exact size of a Barbie doll if she do say so herself. The gentle pinkish light of the early morning sun peered out of the windows, causing her wobbly knees to finally fall to the floor. Suddenly...she really misses her father and his blabbering. Even willing to listen to three nights worth of his drunken rants...Funny huh?
FOOM!
FOOM!
The ground she is on quakes in strange rhythmic pace. Soon a shadow envelopes her small oh so breakable body. Her body twitched as she stared at monolithic pajama wearing face of....
