"Sorry," you pause the movie only a few minutes after it's properly begun, "excuse me a moment. I just gotta go to the bathroom."
"Why?" Natalie looks at you and grins wickedly. "You've gone to the trouble of wearing a proper diaper: you might as well use it, hadn't you?"
"Oh, yeah, ha ha," you sigh, getting up and moving past her.
To your surprise, however, Natalie actually catches your bare ankle as you try to go by, almost tripping you.
"I'm serious," she nods, as you look down at her. "If you wanna be a baby, then pee in your diaper, that's what it's for."
Indignantly, you look across to the other girls, looking for support, but all you see instead are shrugs.
"Don't worry, we'll change you," Laura offers supportively, but still in obvious agreement with Natalie, while Maya's expectant silence is telling in itself.
"You can't 'change me'," you protest. "This is just a costume. I haven't brought any spares to change into."
Natalie keeps hold of your ankle and smiles,
"You had to have bought a whole pack, though, and you only live across the street. I'm sure Laura will run across and fetch them if needs be. Plus, you may not have realised, but that's the kind of diaper that doesn't come on and off. If you take it off for the bathroom, you'll wreck the tabs and won't be able to put it back on anyway... and that's a quality diaper you've paid for there. It can hold loads, so there's no point wasting it by changing before its necessary."
