His mother, everything went as planned

Andrew woke up feeling very groggy. The nurse was tugging at something he was wearing. "Got your gown on and.. oh you are awake! I'm pleased to say it was a success!" She said.
The light was bothering his eyes and had that feeling you get when your foot falls asleep except all of your body. "I... feel funny." His voice was very scratchy and higher pitched than usual. It didn't sound like his voice. "Numbness is expected as the nerves in your brain adjust but that will soon go away." She said. Nerves in his brain? The nurse lifted up his arm and squeezed each of his fingers. "Can you feel this? How about this? Good and this?" She was right the feeling was coming back slowly but surely. He then noticed something odd that didn't look like his arm.
The hand was smaller than his and had long fingernails. It was also a bit thicker than his arm who was that? The strange thing was as she pinched and touched the hand he could feel it. "What is going on?" He said. His voice cracked and sounded like a womans. He tried to sit up. He felt something in his lap and odd in his chest. He looked down to see two large mounds resting on his chest. The mounds were resting on a belly that was protruding over his lap.
"Wait whats going on??" He said stunned. He tried to swing off the bed when he saw two large meaty thighs greeting him from under his gown. Attached to them were two petite feet with chubby little toes. "What have you done to me??" He clapped his hands to his mouth.
Someone came out from behind another curtain also wearing a hospital gown. "Hey be gentle thats my old body. It was his mother.. except
