Morph their bodies into each other.

Heather was reading the instructions of the Witch Voodoo Clay further. Apparently you could get more creative than just swapping body parts and adjusting their sizes with the clay. You can take a severed part of a doll and apply the blood of someone else to morph it into a copy.

"Interesting..." Heather said intrigued. She placed the knife stained with blood from Martha and put it in front of her. She got another sharp pencil and pricked her own finger again and allowed a few drops to fall on the tip of the pencil. She then places all three voodoo dolls in front of her. They stared lifelessly at the ceiling. She parted them all at the necks.

She decided she was going to change someone's body. But who gets changed from the neck down?
