Fatter and fatter Martha gets

Heather ran back to her room and fetched Martha’s doll as well as a large lump of clay. She quickly rolled up the lump one handed to make it long and stringy enough to feed to the voodoo doll. She headed back to the living room but saw Martha go into her own bedroom.
She opened the door behind Martha and entered. Martha turned around she was still wrapped in the blanket hiding her body.. “”Oh Hey Heather is there a problem?” She asked
Heather started feeding the clay voodoo doll. “I don’t know mom, is there?” She grinned.
Martha looked at Heathers hands but didn’t understand what she was doing. She then made a face as if she was starting to feel strange and dropped the blanket. She gasped.
Martha’s already fat belly was slowly swelling outwards filling with fat. Her shirt started to ride up more as the jiggly mass pushed its way out adding inches to her gut and widening her love handles.
The women in their family were bottom heavy so her hips and ass were equally expanding. Her pants strained as her hips widened. “What is happening to me?” She said in horror. Her cleavage was becoming more pronounced as her tits swelled. Her upper arms were starting to look constricted by the sleeves of her shirt. A tear appeared on her inner thigh as her legs fattened.
She looked up at Heather and saw that instead of shock she seemed to full of glee at the situation and was... feeding some kind of doll in her hands that looked like a plump overweight woman in her hands.
“Heather what is this? What are you doing?” She asked
