Character 1:
The most obvious to diaper first being the young TK, he cries like a baby, acts like a baby and depends on his brother like a baby, it would be hard to believe he didn't wear diapers. And even if he didn't he would be easy to get put in them.

Character 2:
The original goggle-head, the one that started it all, possible the most obnoxious person any of the digidestined have ever met (Besides Davis). I bet he really needs to be knocked down a few pegs.
