Penny and Bernadette had gotten into an argument and in the heat of the moment Penny had told Bernadette not to have one of her temper tantrums. Bernadette responded by asking what's that supposed to mean? Penny's response was "Well you know genius given your size when you lose your temper you look like a little baby having a tantrum."
That comment made Bernadette extremely mad and all she could think of is putting Penny in her place.
Bernadette: "Who does she think she is calling me a baby. Why Penny's the one that acts like the biggest baby of everyone in our group. I wish there was a way to prove it."
That's when inspiration struck. The place Bernadette worked had just put a new drug on hold because it caused incontinence in human trials. Bernadette went down to the storage room and got a bottle of the pills. Now all she had to do was get Penny to take them.
