Ruby's Discovery

Ruby sighs as she packs her stuff up from school and heads home, she's had a long stressful day and couldn't wait to get home just to relax. Because her Mom is constantly working she hardy saw her at all. She knew that her mother loved her but the fact that she hardly saw her was very stressful as most of the time when she would come home no one would be there. She would be all alone until her Mom came home that night.
Ruby walks home a bit bummed out and burnt out due to everything that had happened today, she just wanted to get home and rest. Ruby stops in her tracks when she notices something by her gate of her place.
"What the?" Ruby gasps.
The tween kneels down to get a better look at it, she reaches out and pokes it.
"For real?!" Ruby squeaks.
Ruby sees that its a tiny person no bigger than five inches tall. Ruby smiles widely as she curls her fingers around the tiny person picking them up. She brings them up to her face and giggles as they feel so small and fragile in her hand. Ruby smiles and studies them only to find that they look familiar.
