Helen then pulls out an adult diaper, but instead of the usual ones they look like the ones babies wear, complete with cute childish prints and everything. The only difference is that they're in adult size. Helen grabs Emma's ankles, lifts her butt and slides the diaper under her. She then puts some cream on Emma's diaper area and tapes the diaper on her. She then sticks a pacifier in Emma's mouth before she picks her up from the couch.

Does she get Emma some babyish clothes as well or does she leave her in just the diaper?
