The motel room door opened and a careworn but happy Lucia entered first, Matt following shortly behind. The place looked a bit disheveled, but the large two person bed was much to inviting to ignore. The lizardwoman crashes down on it, rolling on her back and patting the spot next to her. Matt quickly jumped on too. This motel was infamous for the many nighttime adventures that would go on in the rooms. He wondered quietly how many affairs started here, how many wives and husbands were cheated on. His thoughts quickly moved from the location to the beautiful beast of a woman next to him. He shuffled closer and she put an arm around him.
"Tonight has been wonderful. I really liked that little restaurant you took me to."
"Hah, I'm sure they had a very nice impression of you too. The way you stared at that waiter who wondered if four courses was too much for your figure... I thought you were going to bite his head off."
"I won't lie, that little bastard made it real tempting. But if I remember my human etiquette well enough it's considered rude to bite the staff." She tried to sound clever, adding a snooty tone to her explanation.
"That's very right. Killing the waiter would've put a bit of a damper on our date."
Lucia chuckles at Matt's understatement. "Well, there's no belligerent waiters here. Just you and me."
"Yup, I can already see the headlines. Monster attacks and devours man at seedy motel, more at 11."
Hissing laughter escaped the lizardwoman. She tried to hold back, but the mental image of trying to fit Matt in her belly after that extensive meal was too much. "Please, I think I'm positively stuffed after our little dinner experience. I wouldn't mind taking it easy and relaxing for a bit."
"That does sound good. I've still got loads of stuff I wonder about when it comes to the monster way of life." Matt grinned. He barely even knew where to start on all this. The conversations they've had through Monstr only scratched the surface of his curiosity.
"As long as you're ready for more than just talking. I didn't suggest a motel like this because of the nice decor." Lucia gave Matt a suggestive wink.
