Somehow/Someway the Protag actually notices you

The male protagonists boots were coming towards you at a fast pace. At the speed to which he was walking in you felt like you weren't going to be able to get out of the way in time. And even though you were not sure if you could gain the male protagonist's attention or not. You were left with no other option but to make an attempt to get his attention. To which the first thing you try is screaming up at him but as his foot steps grew nearer you quickly began to try other means of trying to get his attention.

As you began jumping up n down as you also waved your tiny arms in the air hoping to catch his attention somehow. All the while you rang your squeaky tiny voice as you screamed at the top your lungs.

Fortunately the male protagonist does end up seeing something tiny on the ground out of the corner of his eyes. As his head fully turns downward to see what was in his path of walk. He began to stare downwards right at you.

"What the heck is that?" He exclaims out loud as he stops walking and looks down at where you are standing. He begins walking up to you and upon reaching you he stops and kneels down. As he stares down at you he is still unsure to what you are.
