Max and Alex groaned as their mom pulled over to a cheesy roadside attraction. It was a big farm-themed store with a gift shop filled with kitschy souvenirs. The boys' mom was a sucker for those kinds of attractions, and there was a sizable fair there, too, so she had to pull over. The boys soon ran off to explore, while their mom said, "Don't get yourselves in trouble again, boys!" as she went into the gift shop to look for souvenirs.
Everything started out nice enough with Alex running off to things that he saw that were interesting while Max followed him, trying to keep up with Alex's manic energy. There were balloon stands, fields full of crops that were currently being water, and even a large sculpture of a farmer made entirely out of cornbread. Eventually, however, Alex started teasing Max about being too slow and he kept making fun of Max and poking him annoyingly. It was starting to get on Max's nerves, especially when Alex kept saying, "Slow POKE", emphasizing the "poke" part while poking him at the same time. Alex was opening his mouth quite a bit, and Max soon figured out a good way to shut him up as he looked around where they were. Once Max had found what he was looking for, he shoved __ into Alex's mouth, and laughed at his twin brother's surprised expression.
